Whether you are beginning your education or looking to advance your career, the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration prepares you with relevant skills that keep organizations running smoothly. You will focus on hands-on problem solving, case studies, group work and interaction with community professionals—giving you the team-building skills and technical competencies to excel in your field.
If you are interested in owning your business or a career in marketing. You will learn marketing strategy while focusing on current digital marketing principles such as search engine marketing, social media marketing, and mobile marketing.
If you are interested in providing advice on investments, insurance, mortgages, college savings, estate planning and retirement to help individuals manage their finances.
Human Resource Management
If you are interested in developing skills for managing important resources in any company – its employees. The program follows the curriculum from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
The general business option allows you to select three electives in management, marketing, or accounting.

- Work with a faculty advisor who is there to support you from your first class to graduation
Set Yourself Apart
As a double major you can set yourself apart in the job market by earning dual degrees in either:
- Accounting and Business Administration (120 credit hours)
- Accounting and Financial Planning (126 credit hours)
Gain early admittance to the Master in Business Communication, and you can begin the program as an undergraduate. You’ll earn up to nine graduate hours, giving you a head start on your master’s degree.
Our Bachelor of Science in Business Administration prepares you to be successful in a variety of fields. In the area of management, careers range from sales to small business ownership to human resource management. In the area marketing, you could have a career in digital marketing, public relations, or marketing and brand management. Financial planning can prepare you to work as a financial planner in financial advising organizations, banks, brokerages, or insurance companies.
