Access Your Applicant Portal
Stay on top of the next steps in your enrollment to Spalding. Log in to your applicant portal for your personalized Enrollment Checklist to stay on top of these checklist items and other upcoming deadlines and events:
Your non-refundable $100 deposit secures your spot in the Class of 2030.
You may submit your enrollment deposit anytime through your applicant portal.
Fill Out the Housing Form
On-campus living is an important part of your Spalding experience. Students under the age of 20 are required to live in the residence halls unless they meet certain exemption requirements. The housing application is now open. You can submit your housing form or request a housing exemption waiver. The deadline to submit your housing application is May 1, 2026. To submit your housing application or housing exemption, follow these steps:
Complete the Housing Application or Housing Exemption Form listed on your Enrollment Checklist.
You will see either an application or exemption form based on the information you provided in your application to Spalding University. If you’ve changed your housing plans, email Erica Gray, Dean of Students, at reslife@spalding.edu to gain access to the correct form.
Fill out the entire form
It must be completed in one session. Your answers will not be saved.
Make your $100 housing deposit, if you plan to live on campus.
Have your credit card/ bank account information ready. Your housing application cannot be submitted until you submit the payment information.
Send Your Final Official Transcripts (May – July 2026)
Before August, you must submit a final official transcript that includes the month, day and year of graduation. Final official transcripts must be sent to us directly from your high school and can be submitted:

Get credit for your Dual Credit classes or your AP test!
Dual Credit Classes: Please have an official college/university transcript sent to Spalding so that you can get credit for your Dual Credit classes. You can submit your transcripts 1 of 2 ways:

Spring/Summer
Set Up Your SU Student Portal and Email
You’ll receive an email with your university-issued ID number and instructions to set up your Spalding email account and SU student portal.
Register and Attend beSU Enrolling Eagles
In early spring, you’ll receive an invite to attend beSU Enrolling Eagles; the option to sign up for your preferred date will be available in your applicant portal. In late spring and summer, you’ll attend beSU. This is a one-day event to welcome first-year students and their families to campus to meet the people who will help them prepare for the beginning of their journey as a Spalding Golden Eagle. The dates for BeSU 2026 are:

Receive Your Housing Assignment
In early June, you will receive an email from Residence Life with your housing assignment. Be on the lookout for more information about move-in and items required to live on campus.
Fall
Move In
In mid-August, move into your new campus home. Be on the lookout for more details from Residence Life.
First Year Orientation
First year students will build social connections with each other and student leaders through a variety of engaging activities and educational sessions that will aid first year students in their transition to student life at Spalding.
Join Us for Welcome Week
During the first week of classes, join in on the fun with food, entertainment and giveaways organized by campus departments and student clubs.
Attend Convocation
After the start of fall classes, attend Convocation, a Spalding tradition to inspire and excite new students to live out Spalding’s mission.
