| Our
Online Interlibrary Loan forms are the quickest, most efficient way ever
for you to request books and journal materials from other libraries.
They also provide us the best way and most efficient way of serving your
Interlibrary needs. Still, please keep in mind that materials ordered
through Interlibrary Loan normally take between 2 and 3 weeks on average
to arrive. Form access

the bottom of this page... but before going
to them, please read the following--it is important that you keep certain
points in mind when filling out and submitting the online forms to
us--

| 1. Make sure you have all bibliographic information at hand before you begin filling in a form. | Forms submitted with incomplete
information (e.g., missing volume and issue numbers, missing authors and
page numbers) cannot be processed. Bibliographic information/detail is
extremely essential in locating information. Omitting any of it will
result in lengthy delays in your getting your material. |
| 2. Be certain that your information is accurate. | When
you copy down information from a source or are typing it into your form
from a printout, use extreme care that you are accurate in every
part of the bibliographic information. One small error can cause great
delays in locating the information you need or result in our not even
finding it at all. |
| 3. Be sure to include all personal information requested by the form--we need to know who you are and how to contact you! | We've
already mentioned how very important bibliographic accuracy and
completeness are. The same is certainly true of personal information
(name, address, contact information, etc.). NOTE: Email addresses are
optional (as not everyone has an email address), but email does provide us
with the quickest and most efficient way of reaching
you. |
| 4. Before clicking the Submit button, scroll through your finished form to double-check your input. | Doing
this will ensure that (1) every line is accurate and (2) the form is
complete. Remember, it's better to take just a few seconds of checking
before submitting rather than wasting days or a week in making corrections
and/or completions later. |
